Let’s step outside, slow down and enjoy some time together as a family. I’ll photograph the laughter, connection, little quirks and in-between moments that make your family yours, creating photographs that take you right back to this season of your lives.
Before your session, we’ll talk about your family, choose a beautiful location and plan the details together.
Then we’ll spend some time outdoors walking, playing, cuddling and simply being together, with gentle guidance from me along the way.
Afterwards, I’ll carefully curate and edit 20 fine-art digital photographs that capture your family as you are today.
Fine-art prints and handcrafted albums are available too, giving your photographs a life beyond the screen.

A little note from me: This experience is created with care and respect. You don't need any previous experience in front of the camera. My role is to create a calm, relaxed environment where you can feel comfortable, be yourselves and enjoy being together.

A few things you might be wondering
What should we wear?
I’ll help you choose outfits that feel like you and work beautifully with the location and light.
What if my children don’t behave?
Perfect. They don’t need to! There’s no expectation for everyone to sit still or smile on cue. We’ll let them be themselves and work with whatever unfolds.
What if we’re awkward in front of the camera?
Most people feel that way at first. You don’t need to know how to pose, I’ll gently guide you throughout.
Where do sessions take place?
I photograph families outdoors in beautiful locations across Fife, chosen around your family and the kind of photographs you’d love to create.
When do sessions take place?
Sessions are usually around sunrise or sunset, when the light is soft and beautiful.
What happens after our session?
I’ll carefully edit and curate your photographs, and you’ll receive your collection of 20 digital images. Fine-art prints and handcrafted albums are also available if you’d like to create something tangible.
What if the weather is bad?
Scotland does what Scotland does! If the weather genuinely isn’t suitable, we’ll simply rearrange your session for another beautiful day.
A little about me
I’m Karola, and I live an (un)busy life in Fife, Scotland, with my husband, two children and our big baby dog.
Photography isn’t just my job. It’s my passion, my love and my joy.
I was born in Poland, but Scotland has been home for nearly 20 years, and I’m still blown away by its beauty every day.
I’ve been photographing people, brands and nature professionally for 15 years. Before photography, I studied biology and worked in various laboratories. Somehow, life eventually led me here, and I’m very glad it did.
